Kech Anyieth Grace Nyok

Grace has exceptional planning and organizing skills. She has a vast experience in the Human Resource Department nationally. She holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resource Management and over 10 years work experience in the same field with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), South Sudan.

She has taken part in key general support functions and national professional staff recruitments in accordance with country labor laws and NRC rules, regulations and procedures, ensuring key performance indicator is met, effective maintenance of Human Resources Management(HRM) databases,   statistics and generating periodic reports for management reviews for internal control as well as strategic HR planning. Grace has exemplary social skills; she is an effective communicator and a change champion who promotes harmony in workplace and enhance desirable working environment.
